Town & Country has always taken excellent care of my pets. For the past 30+ years my family and I have brought all of our pets there. I remember when I was still in high school living at home that we took our dog Killer to Town & Country with an unknown illness. The staff worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with him and saved his life by figuring out he had eaten rat poison. And my Nub hated going to the vet, but when he arrived at Town & Country everyone called his name when they saw him, and greeted him personally then it made the visit much easier because he so loved to be the center of attention. Now with my precious Paco- there is no place else I would trust with my best friend!!! Thank you all for such great care and for showing your love for what you do and all my pets!!!
I want to thank everyone at T&C for the exceptional time and care you provided for Tally and me. It never gets any easier to put down your pet. I am so glad that it took place with you guys, and not some place else. You KNOW I will be getting another Jack Russell ( they are after all like potato chips, you can’t just have one…). It will be a little while for me though. Rest assured, when I do dive back into this, I will be on your doorstep for health care for the next one. I have nothing but gratitude for you guys, for the past 25 years. I really do thank you for all you have provided over the years for all my furry friends. Sara, Wendy, Al, Linda and all the dedicated staff, have a great holiday, I will see you with the next one, whenever that is!
Your office staff is the most AMAZING group of women!! They were so gracious, kind an thoughtful with me today. Please tell them that I am so very very grateful for their kindness today. Its very hard to decide whether something should live or die and they made it as easy as it could possibly be. I know they made special exceptions for me and I am humbled.
When I came back the next day, your girls were once again, AMAZING!!! They were quiet and soft and so accommodating. They offered tissues, asked if I was going to be OK and most importantly, were as sweet and gently with Louie as they could be. It takes a special person to take care of animals and some how you found 10!
Thank you again
Wendy Walker/ Town and Country, have taken care of my animals since she and Sara purchased it in 1990. Over the years Wendy has treated all of my dogs (8) and cats (5). She honestly cares about all animals and will try everything to better their heath. She has a direct line to the University of Michigan Veterinary College and a test she cannot do in house gets sent out. She is on the leading edge of Lyme disease and lectures and teaches about it.
My oldest dog Garbo, I was sure would not make it thru the first big snow, but with Wendy’s help and encouragement it is now late August, and she still can catche her Frisbee, I can hardly believe it. I don’t how much time she has left, but she is with me. I have Wendy to thank for that every day.
Owning a animal is a big thing in some peoples lives. They are such a joy, and bring us so much love, but when they are sick or hurt you need somebody that you can trust to take care of the ones you love. In my case it has been Wendy Walker and the crew a Town And Country
For over 20 years, Dr. Moran has been the veterinarian who has provided medical care for my cats as well as the cats I have rescued and fostered. During that period of time, I have always relied on her professionalism and added research into various medical conditions. She has always offered a wide variety of options from the least invasive to most aggressive care for the animal. She is a very caring person, and she is always interested in what is best for the animal. I have recommended her to families who have adopted rescued cats.
“Mintaka and Thora are healthy and happy dogs. They receive excellent care at the Town and Country Animal Clinic, where they are treated like members of the family. Thanks Town and Country!”
For the past seven years I’ve taken Mintaka and Thora to the Town and Country Animal Clinic. They’ve received outstanding care – I wouldn’t think of taking them anywhere else!”
In the approximately twenty years since I have been fortunate enough to have found Town and County Animal Clinic, I have had a number of cats and dogs. For each and every one of them, Drs. Walker and Moran have been the most conscientious care-takers of my pets’ health. I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, while at the same time, I could not ask for more empathetic caring. It is because of these reasons that I choose to drive from Potomac to Olney for my pet’s care.
The support staff is likewise caring, professional, and responsive. They never seem to tire of my concerned questions, my numerous calls, and my need to re-schedule appointments because of elderly care demands. Most of my “pet friends” laugh at me but it’s true: my furry family loves to go to the clinic. Seriously! I suspect that’s because they have been treated well there, and they seem to sense that the clinic helps them to feel better.
I have also been a delighted adopter through Town and County Animal Clinic of cats and dogs that have been relinquished to the clinic, and each pet I have adopted through them as brightened my life.
My relationship with Town and Country Animal Hospital began in 1976 I have used Town and Country Animal Clinic for our family dogs and cats. I have always felt the staff, was exceptionally caring and compassionate in their treatment of my pets.
Dr. Wendy Walker is an exceptional diagnostician; Dr. Moran is sensitive, each balancing the others in treating their patients. The staff and doctors treat their patients as if they were there own. We have recommended Town and Country to a number of individuals and everyone that made an appointment became a client. I can not say enough about the doctors, the facility and the staff. I HIGHLY recommend them.
